News Apple Releases Security Update 2007-009 v1.1 Saturday, December 22, 2007 - 9:00 AM EST Posted by: Charles Apple has released Security Update 2007-009 v1.1 (10.5.1), (10.4.11 PPC), and (10.4.11 Universal) via Mac OS X's Software Update utility and on the Web. According to the company, Security Update 2007-009 v1.1 addresses an issue introduced in Security Update 2007-009 that may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit when browsing to certain websites. There is no change to the security content provided in Security Update 2007-009. The update will install over Security Update 2007-009, and its installation is recommended to resolve the Safari issue.
